# Measurement Accuracy Checklist

- Calibrate scales and BIA devices every 3 months or per manufacturer guidance.
- Measure at the same time of day (preferably morning, fasted, after restroom).
- Remove heavy clothing and accessories; keep posture tall and neutral.
- For circumference tracking, keep the tape level and snug without compressing skin.
- Take two readings; if the difference exceeds 0.5 cm (or 0.25 in), average them.
- Record hydration, sleep quality, and training status alongside measurements.
